more dumb cop stupidity,It look as though humans go to school to learn death tactic on other humans. And when they get out of the learning academy, they think they can go around kill people. THE teachers need to be retrained in human compassion, not in killing,like all police forces are doing, the DUMB THING,KILL.Police training seems not to be that educational, to lean to kill should not bee in there training.
